yes it is truthful. dallas has bad drain systems actually. it was in the paper. also my friend died in the Dallas flash flood in 06 and my car floated away. the water didn't drain disappear as fast as you say.

This video isn't really truthful when talking about Dallas and flooding. Dallas will flood quickly but that water will disappear just as quick. Down in Houston you can get out and fish when it floods and million dollar homes will go floating by.
