@MrShadowhearth -- True-they have an ability to pull at our hearts & throw our minds into a tizzy!! Sorry to hear about doxxie...he/she is at the Rainbow Bridge waiting for u...no more pain...with other pets playing & waiting for their people to arrive... If u want a doxxie--get a doxxie...u can never have too many I always say...sweet souls they are.. & fur like velvet...I miss it too :( Peace & Joy to you!

@sweetgypsy100 i had dachshund before, i ran away from home to be with my misses and after 7 years i found out that my mother putted down our dauchhund. :( . i am a grown man now but i cried like a child. Its time for us to get a dog and out of all options we got i just really want a dachshaund. they can put you in to a state of insanity with how reckless they can be, but in the end of the day by, just look at it, you remember why you love it so much.

At first i want to have a chihuahua because they're cute and small. But my dad gave me a dachshund! her name is muffy but then i realize it's not about the breed it's about the personality! i really love her as i love my parents and i wouldn't exchange her for millions of chihuahua or other cute breeds!
