Can someone tell me if a roland such as xp 30 or a jv 1080 or Juno Di when being part of a rock band , have they have more presence or punch in a mix than a Korg Triton or Korg tr ? Great video by the way!!

@Penguindog55 "personally I pick and mix sounds"
I can't think of one musician that doesn't.
"I mean one....being the only synth"
Who is arguing for one, and only one synth. I doubt you could find one musician, especially a keyboard player, that would only want/need one.
"VST....sound quality"
Of course some VST's have good sound quality. Why wouldn't they? Who is arguing against this?
Some freeware VST's are good, some are garbage. So what? Has nothing to do with this video

@FreestyleLilWayne The 1080 would make a fine first synth, although you'll also need a MIDI keyboard to play it with. Lots of great sounds, although it really is a 90's instrument.

do you need any expansion to have these sounds, or do they come with the jv1080?
