Lol the gym looks great, he shows videos of strength, speed, power, conditioning and even cardio and no screwing around. Wish I had a place like this near me.

I love this video. I own 3 Planet Fitnesses, but I love this video and this place. Women who can clean and jerk like that are a real turn on. Anyway, as I was saying. I'm glad there are gyms like this and so are most PF owners. We're just for the other people, like the guy being given the tour who don't won't to see how much they can lift before they injure themselves. Diversity in gyms is good, not bad. To each his own. I love places like this and love the video.
