We were both seniors two years ago and we competed against each other every where. Including mariachi. it was rather funny when we discovered we were both in mariachi. ha. He was upset at Zapata when we (La Joya) took the best trumpets award. lol I competed against him again in houston , at the best of the best mariachi competition, he was with pan am and I was with the pro group i made it for. Mariachi Rayos Del Sol.

Nice try but you need to put more heart in it and your voices need more improvement. I just didn't feel it.Just practice more.I know the truth hurts.

los violines estan desafinados! cuando entra el duo de voces en el viajero la segunda tapa a la primera. La niña de la vihuela canta muy bien. todo lo demas esta bien.

well you know what. most of our vocalist made it in all valley so maybe your ears are filled with wax you should clean them with Q tips and fresnos can suck my %#@*^!!

This sounds nice...but one thing that you have to know is that mariachi is not just about learning the music, its also about playing it with heart, and apply it when your playing or singing. When you do that, there will be a difference in the way that you project sound and then by doing that you'll be able to really touch peoples hearts.

This competition is in McAllen, TX. It's usually held in April.
