It IS right. This interview was made in Germany before a concert there. It was exclusive. The Norwegian TV channel was the only one to get an interview.

But they did not exactly pick the right person to do it. She is stupid, and complained about Bowies behaviour in media after this.

This is actually one of the most interesting interviews Bowie has ever done. The interviewer, knowingly or not, has actually probed some of Bowie's most sensitive points. Look at the way Bowie uses humour or even ridicule to deflect the line of questioning! He's alarmed, especially by the comment 'people do the same things as you'.

@perkin524 You are wrong. What irritates Bowie are not the questions per se, but that the interviewer is an amateur with no knowledge of her subject. Trust me, I am Norwegian and I know this journalist. I have seen countless other interviews with Bowie and never seen him being so put off by a journalist even though he often encounters questions he doesn't like. To me it is obvious that he is annoyed by _her_ not the questions.

these questions cause friction, and really tap to the heart of the matter

I love Bowie, but shit, he is being a jerk here. Of course he was an idol, and mad amounts of people imitated him, went to his concerts dressed as him, had straight guys say 'I am straight, unless I meet David Bowie.' He is just feeling pissy here.
