Yes, probably my fave posture when I am feeling run down along with the Happy Baby! I really enjoy your take on positioning and props, something which I love to use in any restorative practice. Thanks a bunch. I do place a rolled up face cloth under my neck here though as I find it tightens up my muscles and fascia personally, without it. Something I ought to work through more.

I've just had a quick go, improvising with cushions (not having the proper props to hand) and will be using the pose in the future
