Typhoon Roke looks to Make Landfall near Nagoya City / 20 Sep Evening Update

Typhoon Roke has intensified quickly today bringing heavy rain showers and high winds up and down Japan, including a tornado in Nagoya city. Over one million people have been ordered to evacuate coastal regions in advance of this storm.
