At her cover shoot for the November issue, Marianne Williamson - best-selling author and spiritual philosopher - explains why taking time each morning for self-reflection is a better way to start your day than, say, turning on the television or reading the newspaper. She also discusses meditation and the shift in traditional roles that is causing people to find support in their own internal structures and thought forms. I do like your video, but would be nice to be honest to your viewers telling them the truth about what you are trying to say...the thing is
DON'T WATCH TV (specially in the morning), cause those thoughts you are about to get aren't yours. Those ideas you are about to think aren't yours. And the yesterday ideas you had, over 50% weren't yours cause TV, RADIO, MAGAZINES, NEWSPAPER. Ppl that meditate and don't pay attention to the media (SPECIALLY TV), have more time to think about their own lives

Marianne has said we are great beyond measure and no one person is special. This reminds me of this quote: "In wisdom, I know I am nothing. In love, I know I am everything. Between these two, my life flows."
