Lol ce serait plutot l'inverse ! heuresement qu'ils sont en train de changer les sirènes des ambulances pour les mixer à celles des américaines, car quand on est sur la route on ne sait même pas d'où vient la sirène si vous êtes à un carrefour ! (d'où l'utilité des leds pour mieux les voir au rétro aussi).

I can't be sure but I would say yes. It says "Medecin" on the side which means "Doctor" so it was sent by a hospital.
