She never ate of the feast and it seems to be symbolic to her in her belief that a feast was like a welcoming in the earthly place. She saw angels in the room, cheribs in the room....she was seeing things with her eyes opened and closed. I feel that we see what we are comfortable with and this is why the beginning of the visions is so earthly symbolic. That is just my personal take on it though...She saw things no matter if she was awake or eyes closed. She constantly saw things.

@manche44 there were many 'in-between places' and this field was one of those...the woman can only be described as someone who knew all things and kept record of all things....she saw her at the field of blood and the woman wrote in a book as she watched her cleaning it all up....the room and the field of blood are the same thing/place. We are co-creators in our own heavens and hells...neither are infinate places....they are there to teach us what we are in need of. Heaven is for rest.

I think there are levels. The first level seems to be still very earthly, possibly the transition of our energy from matter to spirit. The next level seems very out of body, traveling in a space of no time, traveling to the past. I think alot of the vision is shown to her in a way that she herself was 'comfortable with' due to Christian background (hence, the feast, the meat and draining of the meat, and the field of blood). Some might see it as she is 'washed in the blood', I see it different.

Part of the heavenly feast included MEAT???? I like animals, and my hope is that in heaven they are not slaughtered for food like here on earth. Are you sure this was heaven? And the bloody room???? Where was this? Surely not heaven??? And the lady on the horse, what did she come to do? All these seem to be symbols in an earthly apocalyptic vision similar to Apostle John's book of Revelations rather than an actual in-person experience, however I believe your mother because she seems 100% honest
