ROOFING W/SHOVELHEAD TREV AND 6-8 NATE. AFTER STRONG WINDS FROM HURRICAN IKE TEAR OFF SHINGLES AT TREV'S MOMS PLACE, WE REPLACE 50 SQUARE BUNDLES.

You guys got lucky, Me and a few class mates roofed a 12/12 with rotten purlins. Two men ended up having their legs go through. Luckily I watched where I was going :)

weird you tear it off like that, ive never saw it like that... why you have a plank set up? and the couch cussions? its not like it is steep... planning on sitting much? and no paper under those shingles???

There's no paper only on the garage, in Indiana you don't have to use paper at all. But when we put new roof on, everything got papered. Plank was to do the shingles towards bottom of roof. He has all the tools, why make it hard on yourself if you don't have to. Work smarter not harder!

No, we tore it off from the top down, Trev has roofed 100+ houses, he used to do fire restoration and rehabs before he became an electrician.
