Very good video!
In my video The Paradox of Schrodingers Cat an artist view it is Time that is the Hidden Variable. Time has symmetry and geometry that can explain the paradoxes of Quantum Physics. Could an understanding of the process of time explain fractals and infinity?

I first became aware of fractals at university in1995. One of my dorm pals had it as a screensaver. I understood that the set was neverending, but I didn't understand its significance. I later saw on PBS this very program. Thanks so much.

do5e, you rock,! Thanks for the video(s). I haven't seen this in years. I have it on VHS somewhere, but god knows when I'll find it. Fractals/David Gilmour/mathmatics/the universe what more can you ask for in a video.

The idea of an all powerful god is spawned out of ignorance.

Once we understand everything there wont be a need for such beliefs.

this makes me think, not believe, but think that maybe this entire universe could've have just sprouted without a god. But then again, something can't come from nothing. I guess there must be some sort of architect... and these fractals are as close to a blueprint as we can get to viewing our universe. Fuckin trippy man

Through fractal geometry I suppose the Earth, or reality as a whole, could be an organic system. Cells cooperate to form an organism. Those organisms, made from cells, arose from the planet. As a species we cooperate, that is we should cooperate,in order to function properly.

Our planet is part of a community of planets orbiting a star. Our star is one star out of a community of many stars to form a galaxy and so on.This unification,or entanglement,is infinite regardless of the size or scale.

Download "FreeFractal" Made some cool pictures from the screenshots. I just like how a fractal keeps going the more you zoom in and gets more jumbled.

I wonder how long it took him to render this stuff on his 1980s grey box. My 4Ghz i7 renders this to ridiculous depth almost instantly.
