Removing maplestory population check

Basically, if you use a world other than the default one (Scania) using the OdinMS source, you'll get a "Cannot create character due to high population" blah blah. I've removed the error in this video so people can create characters fine on worlds other than the default ones. Cheers!

What are you talking about? I intentionally let the error come up twice, the error doesn't go away if it pops up once. I removed it as I was recording.
