According to the video description (and intro) you can't tell that she copied this concept. To me it seems that she just happened to wear this one for this video since it's new. I don't know which one is right. So I'm asking in this comment:
HEY MAXINE! Have you worn Haruhi's costume specially for this song because you saw it in xxxayu3's vid?

@Kerrychanx I Know right? Sorry I should have made the blouse a bit longer :( It was tucked in when we went out to film but it just wouldn't stay that way when she danced :( POO~ the next time I make her this cosplay (she has outgrown this one) I will be sure to make it longer to stay put.

Cool, i just learned this dance actually. Anyway, have you learned the Hare Hare Yukai dance??? You can't have a Haruhi costume and not know the hare hare yukai with all these dance you know ^3^ =]

Yup Hare Hare Yukai was my very first dance that i learned with my SOS Brigade ^^ 3 years ago~
