or u can use the spam can and cut the top and the bottom off.

@MinioticFan you can cut off the end of the spam can and use your hands or a spoon to press it down :) or you can shape it with your hands. just make sure your hands are moistened with water

@NAPUA - at 0:11, the SPAM goes in. Then the rice goes on top.
