  • Everything this guy says is either recycled "Old School" ideas w/modern terminology and/or "Have great high-demand skills" tacked on at the end - usually both. Seth Godin look out!

  • This is an interesting approach. However, I think it suits well only for certain positions & industries only. He mentioned jobs like designer & inventor. As we know, the expected end result in these 2 professions is quite clear & measurable. But how do you measure achievement of, let's say, a company's accountant, production supervisor, or secretary? This is even more inapplicable for "boring & tedious" jobs like security officer and administrative staff.
