Well, the V10 engine in the S8 is the same one that was used in the Gallardo, but it's only been stroked and bored to be more suitable for a large car like that.

@jorrie2 The "Autoevolution" say diferent from 2005 to 2008 gallardo have a V10 with 4961 cm3.
This S8(2006) have a V10 with 5204 cm3,only from 2008 gallardo have a V10 5204 cm3
So this 5.2 V10 is originally from Audi ;)

It was earlier in the Gallardo than in the S8, so many people say the S8 has a Gallardo engine..

No, audisportiberica stole it from me :( He only has video's from others.. This is in Holland, audisportiberica isn't Dutch..
