I dont know right now, but I bench 405 for 4 right now and I am pushing for 1 more rep each month to get to 9 reps at 405lbs. I am training for a contest in July and I want to go for 500lbs. If it is the LORDS will, I will not it out and give GOD the Glory!!

@mitch20003 THANK YOU FOR ASKING ME. I AM HONORED. I USE THE METHOD OF PERCENTAGE TRAINING. FOR 10 WEEKS WORKOUT WITH 65% OF YOUR 1 REP MAX FOR 2 WEEKS FOR 4 SETS FOR 5 REPS. THEN GO TO 70% FOR 2 WEEKS FOR 3 SETS REPS OF 4. THEN 75% 1 WEEK FOR 3 SET OF 3 REPS. THEN 80% FOR 3 SETS OF 2 REPS. THEN REPEAT THE CYCLE FOR 5 WEEKS AGAIN! TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU DO. MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE AND PROSPER IN YOU TRAINING PEACE AND GOD BLESS YOU.
