  • @sekytwo I have had stress fractures for two soccer seasons. If it gets unbearable I would recommend going to an orthopedic doctor, if your shins hurt at all when you press on them, when your not running or anything and it hurts, I would go to a doctor. Dont go to a family doctor they do nothing! Orthopedic doctor!

  • If he didn't say that he is doctor, we would think that he is an engineer or a chef! Doc!

  • how would you know if you had a stress fracture? is it that painful? eveytime I go running my shins hurt on a scale of 1-10 about a 5 ??

    i no what you mean im in middle school and run the 100 meter hurdles 200 meter relay and a 400 meter relay im always running on a track in practice and i cant take time off to recover

  • shin splints + plus being a middie in lacrosse + getting shot by a motherfucking lacrosse ball in the shins = HELL.

  • @nenamydog1 i have it because of a genetic connective tissue disorder that results in tendinitis in my legs, how do I help that

  • @MegaElitez Depends on lots of things i found that compression helped but never helped cure it =[ have found something to totally take it away...

  • how long does he mean by long term?:/ I've had this pain in my shin for about 3 and a half years and it kills if I don't have it strapped up; I'm only 13 trying to find something or someone for advise or recommendations; I've been to physiotherapy about it; and she can't find the problem yet; can anyone help? :/
