You can hear something else in conjunction with the box's speech, its faint, but it you can hear it just as the speaker dies down after a word.

Doesn't look like you can still purchase an Ovilus from Bill Chappell's website. That's really discouraging, I was very excited and looking forward to getting one. Any advice?

He may sell them at events rather than through his web site now. I bought mine at a paranormal investigation of the Queen Mary where he was a guest. You could also monitor ebay or paranormal forums where people might be parting with theirs... or maybe give the "iOvilus" iphone version a try?
