How to make yourself an administrator on Windows 7

This tutorial will show you how to become an administrator from a limited account on windows 7. By doing this you can also change many account settings including changing administrator's passwords, adding and removing accounts, and changing account priviledges.
This is how you can do it:
1. Open up the run program.
2. Type in 'control userpasswords2'
3. If you are using a limited account you will need to enter a password so simply tell the administrator that they need to type in the password to update a program. (this usually works)
4. You now have full access to change the settings.

@raiders1815 no i dont think so, I am pretty sure that you will need to be logged into the admin's account, you could try a trick asking if they can log you into their account so you can download something or something like that?
