thats like a super killer workout it works the abs,quadriceps, lower back and it stretches the hamstrings also helps with balance but do 25 of each crunch a day and the results are AMAZING!!!!!!!!

I like the abdominal workout but the music is so annoying! But the workout is great!

i got a question why do i only have a 4 pack well ive almost got the sixth but i cant seem to get the eight pack what excersice can i do for an eight pack

@kingmoreno20 You have to engage the core to the fullest on each rep. In addition, you have to stick to a cardio program and solid diet.
