  • it's worth about 5 dollars a 100 pound bag. The value of getting the black sand out is to make it easier to pan out the gold.

  • I am just starting with the whole gold from sand thing. And I have put together two ways I am now thinking how to get gold, from concentrate or black sand. obviously it would be about 100 times easier to get the black sand, scoop it up and pan it or w.e

  • Let me know what ways you are looking into and I could be able to steer you in the right direction. I have made some mistakes you could learn from. I also do some things right you could learn from. LMK

  • i have a lot of black sand that i have been work for a week now , you can get them magnets at some hardware stores

  • Hardware and woodworking and tool stores carry them. I got mine from the ebay guy "shokstrap" Pans and all. Good price too. I've found 2 and 8 pounders but his is 16 lb pull. Let me know what you find. Thanks

  • how much is black sand worth per once?

  • Great method.

  • if i were u, i would do that whole process with all of the leftover black sand to be double sure. Good video!

  • Very good, educational, video!!

  • Nice idea!

  • luv it-thanks. I'm open to ALL short cuts that really work.

  • this is the removal of black sand that is primarily iron particles. These particles are naturally occuring in nature. They are found in the areas also associated with gold regions. This excersize is to pull out the blacksands and leave everything else as well as the gold. The magnet is a nail pick-up tool. It is rated at 16 lbs.
