This episode is the last ever episode of Martha Longhurst. This episode is responsible for the death of TV's most famous group of old ladies. "The Snug Girls".
Frank Barow throws a party to celebrate selling his shop. Martha is all ready to set off for spain with her daughter Lilly and family. Ena keeps telling her she will be stuck baby sitting. During the party Martha has a heart attack and dies in the snug. The episode ends with a prosession of the cast leaving the Rovers Return.
