You can look on internet sites such as Oriental Trading company. It has tons of different putties.

I also wonder where I can get this jello material (in USA). I tried with sponge and play-doh, but those do not fit very well to a finger.

It's a Noise Putty. I bought it in Dollar Tree. They also have internet website. Some people buy them in Target stores.

I would recommend to use kids clay, or other materials used for sculpturing, that is dense but not hard.

If I don't have putty, I use analogies as honey, molasses, Jell-0
