Maznik is probably the best known Macedonian pastry dish, consisting of a very long roll of pastry rolled up with a filling, typically feta cheese (sirenje) and coiled up into a circle, to be cut into pizza-like slices.

  • @dobica1 150 gr je dovoljna tezina,i moje su otprilike toliko teske.naravno,zavisi i od velicine tepsije.a to sto se cepa,najverovatnije da ne koristis odgovarajuce brasno,ili ne stavljas dovoljno soli.probaj malo da eksperimentises sa testom,dok ne nadjes prave mere.ovde je brasno razlicito,tako da ne vredi da ti ja dajem recept jer ne bi mogao da ga upotrebis sa nasim brasnom.u svakom slucaju,ako imas jos pitanja,tu sam da pomognem ako mogu! :)
