@mirsh123 you might have already got your answer, but heck, I'll give you mine. There's no way to choose where your body burns fat. Burning fat in general will eventually burn the fat in your lower abs.

Nonsense. You can out eat every workout.
Hey, one of the main subjects being discussed in the gym is always whether you should train with more reps and lesser weight, or few reps with more weight... There's the basic knowledge that few reps with more reps makes u gain muscle mass and makes you grow, and that more reps with lesser weight makes you ripped and athletic... But please make a video where you go ind depth with this subject!

whats the best way to loose the lower body fat, just above the waste line for lower abs.. thats all i gotta burn but it wont go D:
