LilyBug!!! Her and wonderful Mommy Amy were my neighbors. I just came across this... awww the memories. She was such a cutie and had such a personality. I knew nothing of SMA... I did a paper on it in school. Even went to Mommy and Lily for information. I am an Occupational Therapist. It is people like Lily who make me love my job!

I feel your loss in evey way. I lost my son when he was 2 months old of an unknown disease. I got pregnant again and my daughter was born with SMA 1. She lived to be 9 months then joined her brother in heaven. I would love to think that they are happy, running, and free from all pain as well. Lily is beautiful! God Bless you, you are a remarkable mother.

I have noticed through this and many other things I've found over the past day, that Princess Lily was so loved and cared for. She will be truly missed. I only wish I would have gotten to know her more...she truly is an angel. =)
