And by changing the controller you felt the difference? Did increase the range a lot?

@eljohnrambo yes, big big difference in range, now goes very far, so far i can not see it. lol.

Did you had to install the Acoms receiver or does it works with the standard receiver? The thing is that I also want to increase the range of my Nikko Evolution 1:14 but it will be hard to fit the receiver in such a tiny space...

@eljohnrambo no, i did not install anything, i put the crystal from the standard controller into the acoms controller and it works fine. the only thing i changed is the controller (the thing you hold in your hands to drive) i did not change anything on the car

how did you get the roll cage

i cut a section of fencing they use to put around construction sites, and bent it to shape. in the uk the fencing is called, harris fencing. its just perfect, and saved my vehicle loads of times, as you saw.

yes, if i change to spikes, and the ice is not too wet, but never tried, i live in spain.(no ice or snow here)
