Marshall HS, Pasadena CA, May 2001: "Every 15 Minutes" is a national anti-drunk driving educational campaign designed to educate high school students about the tragic results of drinking and driving. Pasadena holds the event at a different school each year.

ok, how do they practice real medical procedures on a healthy body without hurting them. I may not be a doctor but I know that simple lifesaving steps taken in an emergency situation could kill someone with nothing wrong with them. Like pumping on a healthy chest will get the heart to respond eventually and cause "flutters" and assisted breathing could chocke someone who really doesn't need a tube down their throat

This video is great because it was great impact. I'm Magdalena the passenger in the vehicle and the hospital scene. I am would love to get in contact with people in this video. Every 15 minutes is very educational program that should continue to run and try make a chance in the young life's on students in High School.
