Something similar happens to me, except my toon looks like that and the environment is fine. I was told my graphics and video cards are both ancient. The problems all started right after the last patch too.

Heh, almost looks like something out of the Honey I Shrunk the Kids parks at Disney. But surely Blizzard would never resort to anything that gimmicky
