In order for everyone to see this video I had to record the television screen, but it turned out pretty well. I hope that you all enjoy this stripped, acoustic version of Hey You. Pick up "Red Velvet Car," Heart's new album which was released on August 31st.
@333WillowTrees - first I'll reply to your first statement. I know Heart has unreleased material. Like any band and/or artist(s), that is the norm.
And to answer your question. Nancy said in an interview prior to the release of their latest album, that "Hey You" was an idea of a song she had while in the Lovemongers, but it was never completed until prior to going into the studio to record RVC.

@IconVanity
For all you know, Heart has many songs they have written or worked on that were never printed. How do you know this song wasn't written while Sheryl Crow was still in diapers?

I see Tireburn1 deleted his/her comment to me. But to answer Tireburn1's question, no, Sheryl Crow came out with "Strong Enough" in 1993, long before Nancy Wilson finally completed writing "Hey You" for Heart's latest CD.

Doesn't this song sound a bit like Sheryl Crow's "Strong Enough"?
