The show had won BSA's and had been revamped with a fair bit of money behind it(kind of like how Brookie was revamped and had money put into it in 2002) and the idiots at five axed it! IT was a really good soap, even after Roy and Pete's deaths I think it could of gone on and still be going now
And I was pissed off that we never found out what happened to that girl who found out her boss was a killer :(

Anyone got the episode where Mike Shaw was killed in 2004. Its one of the only episodes i missed, the footage must be available to download from somewhere.

It didn't hit the ground running, but they worked very hard on it with a tiny budget. And athough I never watched it, I was disappointed to learn that it had been axed just as it was beginning to find its feet. Shame.

this programme should never be taken off the air, this was brilliant, love the them tune SO much, and want it back on TV SO MUCH!!!!! miss this, i was about 6-7 when i was watching this programme!!!!!! loved it!!!!!!1

Loved family affairs, but they half arsed the last 6 months of it, when they found it out was cancelled there was lots of new characters, and bit of a weird conclusion... :(
