I like how Bootie Brown of Pharcyde describes how he comes up with rhythms, it's in that ''How To Rap'' book that came out:
"Dancing has a lot to do with our rhythms. Sometimes the way I rap is almost like the way I used to dance. You have to feel that rhythm inside of you, and it comes out of you in a certain way."
Great that the real intelligent hiphop guys got their props in that book, they got everyone together to make it, Tribe, Souls of Mis, Del, Das EFX... really awesome read.
