The point as this discussion is that anyone with eyes to see and half a brain to research (not dorks like Ratt) will know that Ueshiba could be considered a kind of Maharishi or Osho Rajneesh of martial arts(famous oficially 'sataniacally' connected puppets) Now, maybe some people find this kind of idea somewhat 'out there' but, who cares to be honest. Those with eyes to see know this to be the sad truth.

Kalaripayattu is the original martial art of the world from the Vedic society in India dating back past 25,000BC.
All martial arts like gung-fu, muay thai, taekwondo, karate etc. are derived from Kalaripayattu.
In any case, my favorite "modern" martial art is Aikido. Highly refined and sophisticated Budo.

Whats all the discussion about? Ill alow myself as a no-can-do-martialartist to say it looks cool^^ And for all who go over the edge with theire comments... Any way of selfedefence is better than... none. I I bet if i started aikido I would get a lot more confidence and will be at least able to handle some situations, not all, but some.
