I am amazed to see DC Kitchen! It is is my dream to train and employ the homeless of Durham NC in food services, automotive and janitorial endeavors. My sister has worked with the homeless for ~12 years now and we are trying to form a 501c3 in Durham that is of the same nature;we're kinda stumped right now.
