@sharre133 I find that the strategy is to do the first part of the trick really slowly, then the last part really quickly by using the balls rotation to help you. Watch the video over again to see what I mean.

Sorry about taking so long to reply.
The bigger the ball is, the easier. Also if the ball is slippery like a plastic soccer ball it can slip off more often.
I try to spin the ball on the back of my nail as this causes less friction and the ball can spin longer. This also makes it a bit harder not to drop it.

The bigger the ball is, the easier. Also if the ball is slippery like a plastic soccer ball it can slip off more often.
I try to spin the ball on the back of my nail as this causes less friction and the ball can spin longer. This also makes it a bit harder not to drop it.
