I got everything going and decided to use the Additional SSL2 mappings instead of making my own. I dropped the mappings inside the midi folder in my Serato folder and It worked great for a few days but then all of the sudden, the mapping doesnt work. When i go into my midi section, i can see the X1 along with the SSL2 mapping. I click to load it and still nothing...any thoughts?

I have the 57 mixer and I dislike the buttons. I know you said the X1 works with all serato programs, but will it work with the 57 mixer??

hi, im using the bohmes software to get the x1 to light up through gateways. i select both midi in and midi out in it but it doesnt light the buttons up. unless i go into options in Bohmes, select midi though. but then none of the buttons actually do anything in serato, they only light up lol. what is it im doing wrong?
Do you have to use the Control Editor or can you just assign the buttons via midi edit in SSL?

@OfficialDJReach - You assign everything in Scratch Live for the most part. You only need the Control Editor to change values and functions of the X1 itself. For example if you want to use both knobs to scroll your crates/tracks, then you have to use the Control Editor to set both knobs to send out the same CC# value.

@BIGMACE424 - The X1 works with all Scratch Live hardware.

it seem when you set buttons to toggle the effects on/off you have to press the button twice to turn on/off this is kind of annoying any suggestions?

@bmattson08 - You need to go into the Control Editor program and change the button's on and off values from 0 and 127 to something else, I use 64 and 66. Then you won't have to press the button twice to turn on and off.
