F.E.A.R. 2 Demo on PNY 9800GTX+ HD Video

Giving Fear 2 a try and its quit an enjoyable game xD can't stop playing the demo. The game is played at a res of 1920x1080 (32" HDTV) with all settings maxed with 4xAA and 16xAF. I know the game stutters but that also happens on the PS3 demo so I guess it's a bug in the game engine. Without fraps the game runs flawlessly from 51fps to 100fps but as you all know fraps is a killer while recording :(

The console version dont have any AA and no AF and low texture resolutions. Unless a game is a bad port the pc version is always the best

It will run a little slower cause its not 2.0 but this game doesn't need a super computer so you'll be fine with that setup

i have a 9800 gt (yes just "gt") , Ran with:

-2xAA

-2 gigs ram

- high graphics settings ( with a few taxing ones set to medium)

and i ran pretty smooth 35-50 fps =D

Considering a 9800gtx+ is the same as the GTX 250, so it should run this quite well.

Wow... Really? I played it on a 360 not too long ago and I saw how visually appealing this game was. I mean, it's one of the best looking 360 games out imo. With that being said, I didn't think my card could run it, nonetheless yours. But wow.

Fear 2 doesn't acually requere that much.

I can run it perfectly on my 8800GT which is an old card.
