A couple of years after the release of the magical "Douzième Journée" album, Benjamin Lew and Steven Brown meet again in the studio. With a little help from Vini Reilly ( Durutti Column) and from Marc Hollander and Gilles Martin (who also took part in "Douzième Journée"), the miracle happens again, this time in vitro... An album with a more refined sound, less rough, but just as mysterious.

To quote Interview Magazine's reviewer, "All this band is missing is Yma Sumac on lead vocals. You might say that this record is an acquired taste. Like raw sea urchin, methadone or Colt 45. No, this is a pure and immediate taste because it's beautiful. A brilliant achievement, a great record."

  • I had this song/album years ago, but have since lost it. This song, in particular, has still perpetually lingered within me... Thank you for uploading this.
