  • @pinkymedo read the description...

  • Did you kill these poor little mouse to make this video????????? -:| well I like your cat but don't push it move it but it's very cute!!! (the cat!)

  • Those poor little mice :( ...reason number 1 why I couldn't be a scientist: I'd cry just looking at them. Reason number 2: I am very very stupid.

@Ziztur They were already dead right?? PLEASE tell me you didn't kill them. PLEASE. (Sorry, I'm a softie when it comes to animals xD)

  • @Andrea128L Could be, but you're not attempting to falsify the hypothesis. If we did your experiment and it does dissolve, then it could be the carbonic acid, or it could be something else in the jar entirely. If the mouse *doesn't* dissolve, then the dry ice experiment tells you nothing.

  • Wouldn't the dissolving agent be the carbonic acid? Once opened, the Dew wouldn't have nearly the acid content of the sealed can. Perhaps one could drop a bit of dry ice into the jar before sealing it to increase the partial pressure of CO2 and simulate the carbonic acid of a sealed can. Of course, you'd then have to be very careful handling the pressurized jar!!!

  • Maybe run the experiment with the jars exposed to light?

  • @metalhanded You'll need to buy some bigger jars.

  • seems interesting

My dad shwed my the rticle " Because i drink to much MTD" and he is trying to scare me away idc it was a fluke and what pepsi was saying was tryin to be funny about it playing with what people say that MTD is to acidic

  • what if your cat tips them over :P?

  • i wound up here by googling "diet mtn dew." one way or another, interesting video, and I'm curious about the results
