The Henkels from China are stamped garbage <the ones with 2 guys on the logo from Germany are excellent forged blades. I just got a nice cheap Henkels paring knife from Spain that is decent.

Is this a stamped knife or a forged knife? It appears from the arrangement of the production materials that the outline of the stamp is visible, e.g., the remainder of material after the stamping process. Just curious.

Henckel's is a SCAM! My friend worked there, and said they tried to pay him in Euros instead of Dollars. The knives aren't even that good, and they try to get you to sell them to people you don't even know! Shake and Bake Baby!
