  • The Henkels from China are stamped garbage <the ones with 2 guys on the logo from Germany are excellent forged blades. I just got a nice cheap Henkels paring knife from Spain that is decent.

  • Is this a stamped knife or a forged knife? It appears from the arrangement of the production materials that the outline of the stamp is visible, e.g., the remainder of material after the stamping process. Just curious.
