Hey man, are you EVER gonna show your body? Too many guys sell crap (for example that aging wrestler forgot his name) claiming that you can get like me etc etc and posts pictures of muscular people on their videos (you for example), but in the end THEY themselves the creator of the damn book, have nothing to prove.
So.. taking my challenge? Id subscribe and even buy your products, but how do I know you got what it takes? Right?
about it, I got really fat in the last 6 months. I became a security guard and am sitting all night, I may be starting my own company soon if we get the contract. I was so fat I didnt want to go out in public anymore, right now my stomach is about the size of yours in the before pic and on my way to six pack abs.

Doug is everything in the DvDs in your book? Id also like to know about the accident did it happen before or after your 84 day transformation. Ok theres alot of different types of training out there, you have to understand that ive done hard physical labour jobs before, thats everyday. My muscles were the largest ever after 4 weeks of working in bricklaying. I consider my workout to be light training ( body weight )therefore you can do it everyday. Im considering buying the book just want to kno

due to long work hours i don't have time to go to the gym. can you point me to some good no or low weight exercises i can do in my home. i have 5,10,20,30 and 40 lbs. single arm dumb bell set at home (a gift from a friend).
