I preferred Erica and never could understand the staff in general being hostile towards her. She was a good,fair governor and considering the length of time she had known Meg there was never that nauseating overfamiliarity that developed between Ann and Meg after about Ann's first ten episodes. Now that she is head of department,they are treating her like Ted Douglas and Arthur Richards. Erica was always progressive and professional.

I don't know what ann's problem with Erica is. Erica agrees the women deserve an increase only she is not so short-sighted to realise the methods the bureaucratic department will go to in order to equalise that amount.

I much preferred Erica as Governor
