I actually never follow-ed up on the Oats & Whey, I didn't like the flavor or the way it say in my stomach. I would say just stick with the 100% Natural Whey

Do You exp. more energy while on animal pak? I currently take on opti men and I dont notice a difference if I dont take it.

I wouldn't say more energy but I can say whatever is in the digestion complex does help with some stomach issues I experience.
