Rimmel's Fix and Perfect Primer

Here is a review for those of you who don't know about Rimmel's Fix and Perfect Primer. This was the first primer I was using on my eyes, and can also be used on the face. Swatches with and without are at the end.

This is not meant to go on your eyes. It has a silicone base.

that is how the urban decay primer potion works it gets the shadow and its hard to blend or move it around

I sure did! I actually did a video...haven't uploaded it yet...LOL.

It held up really well today! I was out ALL day and sweated...alot....leave it to the Florida heat...LOL
