Rush wasnt speaking to put forth a plan. rush was speaking to talk to the American people about what the Conservative principles are. In a country where the right is defined by the what the left says about it, Rush chose to speak about what the right stands for based off what a conservative has to say.

Conservative principles did NOT lead to this economic mess. Reps and Dems spending too much money is what hurt the economy
