Another shitty comp, 2/6. 120/125x/125x in the snatch and 155/160x/160x in the clean and jerk. There were about 7-8 attempts between my first and second snatch, and I think that messed me up a little, need to work on hitting full extension. Shouldn't have biffed those two jerks, first one I didn't take the time to recover my breath and the second one I cut the drive short.
if you work on more speed you will get most of the lifts you just a bit slower
