Hi there and thanks for the vid!

I am wondering a couple of things...

I am a download and installer junkie, and I have installed a heap of crap that I cannot uninstall no matter what I do? Will the recovery disk I burn from that website fix those problems?

Also, I have kind of deleted some important programs from my pooter, and since they are not there, I can't use other programs as well, so will the recovery disk fix that as well?

I dowloaded that file from neosmart and burned it three times using magiciso & imgburn (onto CDR). Each time it loads the files, then goes to the windows startup (with green load bar). Than STOPS at a black screen with 'no' mouse. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

some times you need to tell you computer to start up the cd driver first go when your computer starts up go to your startup manager or wat ever you have and configure your boot up devices switch it so your computer reads the CD first.
